I really enjoyed the stay, close to the market and shops walkable distance to meet any of my need. Akpene who helped me throughout my stay. She was very friendly and kind she made sure that all my needs was met and every issue was taking care of. The food there on the roof was delicious. I do highly suggest to call the property prior to your trip to confirm that you will be arriving and the time. My check in was held up for waiting for a key to the apartment. Front desk stated I didn’t call prior too so someone had to bring the key. I did book with Expedia and their was no instructions for me to call to confirm my arrival just instructions to call if I need a shuttle from the airport and I didn’t need that so a call was not placed. Once I was in my apartment there experience was good from there with my host Akpene.

Staff was very nice and room very clean

The venue offers comfort and convenience and is a very good value -- but comes with some challenges. The room itself was very comfortable -- especially for the price. But, the room was not ready when promised, and that mattered as I got there after 16 hours of travel. Also, oddly, the rooms do not come stocked with hand towels, only full sized ones.

Terrible experience with Cosy, very poor service. 1. They changed my apartment location without notification - tired after work, rang the host severally without anyine picking up it returning my call. Turn up at the property to be told I had been moved to a another property. 2. I intentionally booked a property with parking to be told by security at the building I was moved to that this apartment doesn't have parking and that I may be asked to park on the road. To this, I said I will not be parking on the road as I made sure with my booking I had parking. 3. The apartment at Solaris - had a neibouring apartment who played loud music the entire night until 5am, upon complaining, the host of their rep casually asked me to tell security and were Soo uninterested in my complaint. 4. I was bothered on a Saturday morning by the rep of the host to pick up something from the apartment. They rang the bell I was in teb bathroom got ready to leave o my to be accosted with the cleaner who had camped and was waiting right there at the door. 5. Not once was I apologized to for the inconvenience of moving. 6. Bedding and towels and bath floor mat were in poor and old worn condition and the apartment came with a smell. Overall, I had a very poor experience and would not recommend. They staff just didn't care only seemed interested in their money.
