I can’t say it any better that this is absolutely a wonderful hotel to stay in. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The restaurant serves a menu of incredible food and we enjoyed every single thing we ate. The location is excellent, and Arturo made it even more special. My second time here I will always recommend it to all.

We were only at this hotel one day but I was very impressed on how beautiful, clean & attentive the staff was! 👍👍 The 24 hr restaurant was convenient & the food was very delicious. I look forward to staying there again in the future!!

Todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable y cortez. Un hotel excelente. Me vuelvo a hospedar aqui cuando regrese a Guadalajara.

Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund
