Cycling London to Paris. This was our first stop. No bike storage, but chained to railings in full sight of 24hr reception. Hotel was very nice, and looking at staying here again. Food was delicious, including evening buffet. Staff were very helpful, including escorting us to see the chef to discuss vegetarian buffet options (and help with language barrier). Unfortunately, we did not have a long enough stay to enjoy the hotel's facilities (pool, spa, golf, grounds, etc), but would look at staying here again.

Room a good size and clean, well set up at checkin. Car parking is available at the hotel, although it is a restricted space and larger cars are a tight fit. It’s also quite complicated to reach the hotel the first time. Great breakfast with wide choice for the family. Fantastic location with easy access to historic Rouen and shops.

Friendly staff and good location within walking distance of all downtown Le Havre. Know that there is no elevator, but that is very common in Europe, so this is just FYI. I could easily hear the neighbors talking in adjacent rooms, so a little noisy. The shower was very small, but again, that is normal for Europe, so just FYI. The biggest complaint I have is that their Expedia listing shows a tall, twisting building that I thought was the hotel and one of the reasons I chose Le Richelieu because it looked modern and interesting. This tall, twisting building is not the hotel but an apartment building behind it, so it is your possible view if you have a room a the rear of the hotel. It comes off to me as false advertising.
