The staff was lovely and we really appreciated the complimentary luggage holding, beach towels and chairs. We were able to hear our neighbors- thin walls & gaps on the doors contributed to this - but nothing unexpected since it’s in a busy area of south beach. We were a bit disappointed that the pool hours on the handout were not accurate. Overall a good stay in a clean safe hotel.

Sirtaj is conveniently located just a block or two from Rodeo Drive, making it an easy and safe area to walk around. The only drawback was the parking situation due to ongoing road construction—you may need to walk about a block to access your vehicle. That said, the staff were very helpful and transparent in explaining the parking process.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

They sent a welcome message the day before we were scheduled to arrive which had a lot of good information, including that the front desk sometimes goes on breaks which was our experience when we arrived. If I hadn't seen that message I might've been a bit annoyed. The hotel does not have any carpeting which is an interesting choice as it made the room more noisy than most, but the room was also pretty spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hot drink and water dispensers they had in the lobby were most excellent! We knew they did not offer a breakfast bar of any type but didn't realize there wasn't any type of place within walking distance - not their fault. The staff was friendly and the couple of questions we had they were quick to help with.

Nice hotel in Sunny Isles, direct access to beach. Internet is good at the property. Pool is kind of small and parking area is very small and difficult.

Room was huge, bed was very comfortable. Stayed for 7 nights but staff only cleaned the room once. One day was because of the DND sign on the door, but others just didn't happen. $100US/night for damage deposit is a joke. I've stayed at 6 other properties on the Strip and I paid $200US for the whole week. For a hotel that isn't even on the Strip, it's pretty ridiculous. That alone will cause me not want to stay there again. Yes, you get it back, but for a Canadian like me, that's $1100Cdn on hold that I cannot spend while I'm there. $8.99US for a bottle of water, and that was in their discount store. Again, ridiculous. The philly cheesesteaks at Tony Lukes were amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Notably, the housekeeping staff always greeted you in the hallways, the front desk staff were very friendly, and one of the girls (wish I could remember her name) was fantastic. We told her our drink once, and after that we didn't even have to ask for another one. She just brought them. A few nights later, remembered our name, conversation we had, and what we were drinking. Great service. Eggs Benny at Kitchen Table was also really good.
