I stayed in a King Bedroom and the toilet would not work. As soon as I entered the room, I used the restroom to relieve myself. The toilet did and would not flush. I called down to the front desk and someone came up. He got the toilet to flush one time, but the flush was not sufficient because some of the urine was still in the toilet. Fast forward later when I used the restroom and left more than urine and the toilet flushing mechanism as insufficient. The front desk person sent someone up and they were able to fix it while I went out to enjoy napa. I came back and used the restroom again the toilet would not flush. This was a major inconvenience! Also, Darwin the front desk supervisor was unfriendly and had a very big attitude upon check-in. Even my husband noted Darwin's standoffish personality.

Off season it's a great deal. Comfortable quiet room and staff was nice. Although the room was clean and overall nice, there's a little wear. But not much. Had to call maintenance for a rattle in the heater and they came right away.

Decent place and was a good price. Didn’t seem up to Hilton standards however. Also, the breakfast that was included, it was not explained that it was a $50 credit per day for two, so there was a surprise at checkout. The restaurant where you chose your breakfast had a limited menu, and everything was escalated in price, so you always went over it. The people who worked there were nice. The bed was comfortable. The property is off of a main thoroughfare in Napa and pretty central. We had a nice big room and a good shower. It worked fine for us as we were out wine tasting all day. Easy parking.

Our room was spacious, but it was difficult to get it truly warm, although we had our own thermostat. The heater was up by the high ceiling. It was clean, simple with a couple special touches like the water glasses and a huge TV screen. It's smart to accept a map and make sure you know which direction to go to the elevator end of your corridor, especially if you're upstairs, but if you like walking it's perfect. The long corridors provide indoor walks if the weather is bad. You can give them your phone number, and a welcome text from them allows you to ask for anything you need by text. This service was above any other experience we've had, very personal because the person who texts you gives their name, and asks how things are the first couple days, and if there is anything you need.

Our toilet plumbing had issues in the middle of the night and wouldn’t flush. We checked out and it was still not working. We also had a leftover wine glass from the previous stay in our room. They compensated my $6 coffee… thanks for that but overall, not satisfied.
