We totally enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The room and hotel were clean, the staff friendly and helpful. The lagoon added a nice ambiance. One night there was a Hawaiian entertainer with some hula dancers which was very nice.

The room itself was nice and the bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff was friendly. The rest of the property—hall carpet, pool and hot tub—were worn out. The guy working the front desk was not friendly and generally unhelpful. He was not approachable.

Stay for a music festival. Good location, clean, safe and comfortable. Close to food and concert venue. Easy parking and nice staff members.

I drove 11 hours and got to the hotel at 3am in the morning and the guy at the reception was so rude with me. He make 30 mins for the keys and the wifi didn’t work. It says it’s complimentary but it’s not. Room was clean and comfortable.

We understand property is going through renovation but the room we stayed was so dirty, old and definitely far from Hilton standard and more like Motel 8. Only plus was close to Napa and that is it.

We enjoyed our stay

We really enjoyed staying here. The price was right, the proximity to Napa ideal. The restaurant served a wonderful breakfast, including a tofu scramble for our vegetarian. The registration desk person was friendly and welcoming. The grounds are lovely, with a central pond that had white geese swimming in it. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. Aspects of the room were a little shabby but clean as a whistle so really no complaints. A very nice experience.

Our room didn’t get cleaned even after I asked if they clean daily and was told yes. Had to ask for towels and ultimately had to pick up myself. The place is completely in need of updating outside area and inside. Bathroom wall seems like there’s a leak. Curtains are old and falling off the hooks. They don’t even offer coffee!

Okay but some issues

Excellent food in the hotel 29 cafe. Clean rooms. WiFi works great and it’s easy to access the hotel properly. However, the bed was really lumpy. You also need to use the key card reader to access the building and these were a pain because they didn’t work well. Often it would not read your card, which worked fine to access your room. My husband’s key card never worked at the outside reader, only mine did.

Great housekeeping staff

There was a slight confusion on an available room, housekeeping ladies, though not their fault, took it upon themselves to very quickly resolve it with the front desk, they went above and beyond
