The only complaint I have with this hotel is with the person working the front desk when checking in. We walked into the lobby and she just stared at us and said nothing. After a few moments of awkward silence she blurts out “last name?” Long story short, this person was not pleasant and had a poor attitude. All other staff at hotel was great.

We liked that it was not in the touristy side of town but just a short tram ride away. Or a nice walk. It was very close to a bunch of wonderful restaurants, though. We really enjoyed staying in this super cute, modern hotel.
