The young man at the front desk was very polite. I appreciate that. The temperature in our room when we arrived was set to 90°! That was odd. The bathroom door closes if you use a little bit of muscle. The breakfast had a variety of foods. Staff was friendly. The hotel has a very convenient location and was more than adequate for our needs. Thank you.

The entrance/parking lot had too much ice that should have been salted a lot more. The staff were very nice and willing to accommodate. Thanks for a last minute reservation that kept us safe during the storm!

The entire facility seemed like sulfur. The hot tub was out of service. The heat was not turned on in the room when we arrived, and the outside temperature was in the single digits. The clerk explained how he had been sick with sinner sort of virus for the previous three days, so we didn’t really want to touch anything. There was a dried up cloth left in the tub. The breakfast want very good. The eggs and sausage were cold. The coffee was okay. It was clean overall and nice facilities.

Hot tub was not operational. Nothing was done to manage the snow in the parking lot. Nobody bothered to use the shovel and salt that was located in the foyer to clear any snow.

The room looks like it had mold on the walls in the bathroom, the bathroom door frame was rusted all at the top. Ben Lennon had look like things that they couldn’t get out. It was pretty rough.
