Although the staff were friendly, but something weird in the hotel always goes wrong. Let me first start with the stars rating of the hotel. I have no idea on what basis this hotel was classified as a five-star establishment; at best, it barely deserves two or three stars. To begin with, the entrance greets visitors with two deep potholes right in the middle of the narrow, difficult-to-navigate access road. Furthermore, the parking area is completely inadequate for the volume of vehicles—it is far too cramped, especially the narrow tunnel, which is barely wide enough for a mid-sized car and constantly puts drivers at risk of scraping the sides. My own rental car ended up sustaining significant damage from hitting a wire-wrapped hose that was left dangling at a bend in the tunnel. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff showed no regard for the "Do Not Disturb" sign; they would invent excuses to ring the doorbell, claiming the sign had supposedly fallen onto the floor. Even more frustrating was the recurring failure of the key card, which would leave me locked out of my room until a staff member finally deigned to come and open the door with their own master key.
