The hotel was excellent value for money and the bedroom spacious and comfortable. Super comfortable beds. Easy to walk into the busier part of town. Breakfast was good and the pool looked great, although we did not have time to enjoy that! Great for a short stay over when touring in Jordan

The word grand has never been more misused

We were so disappointed with our stay at this hotel. It was extremely tired and needed a very deep clean. The bed was very uncomfortable. We did not use the shower as it was unclean. We asked why the smoke detector has been covered and we were told the filter would enable more smoke to reach the detector… we checked out as soon as we could the next morning. It was not clean and we felt very uneasy in the local area.

Our stay was amazing. The staff was friendly and attentive, from the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help with any request, such as for tour requests or car service actually was with Talfeeq, he was a good tour guide for the city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and very varied with options for all tastes. The hotel was a perfect location to explore the area of Madaba.
