It's an okay/good hotel to stay in at a moderate budget. The staff is actually friendly, but the breakfast options could be improved and so items could be sacrificed in favor of introducing others.

Very nice stay

It was a pleasure staying there for a couple of days business trip. I always stay in Ibis when I visit Amman. Mr. Baha is always professional, smiling and caring at the front desk. Will go back soon to visit again and again

I had a very unpleasant experience at this property and would not recommend it to others. The location is poor and inconvenient, but that was just the beginning of the issues. The room was filthy – the carpet was stained and dirty, and the furniture was in terrible condition. The bathroom was especially appalling, with visible mildew that made it very uncomfortable to shower. To make matters worse, the bar and restaurant offered subpar food and terrible service. It was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had. This property desperately needs a deep cleaning, renovations, and staff training. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
