Beware as the property check in time is 3pm not 12 noon as advertised, gaming room isnt free as you have to insert coins,including the tennis court sessions. Staff were helpful however just blamed expedia for the time while expedia sent them an email and they didnt even care to reply, we had to wait till 14:15 for our room which should have been handed over at 12 noon . Outdoor pool was busy and people just put their towels to amke it occupied,no accountability and indoor pool is paid not included. We have booked 2 single bed room however after promised we will make the single beds seperate,no one care to attend. I have raised the concerns of clubs noise and stated the room is not good and receptionist stated we will show and if need then swap your room for last night but nothing. No apology, not even been offered a water bottle while waiting for our room. Overall ratings 3/5

We opted for 1 bad room apartment and it was very dull in terms of lighting etc, sofa beds were really hard to sleep, toilet was ok but all taps and showers are full of Rust, salty water and Above all there was only one AC in whole apartment which was in lounge and bedroom was roasting hot, we all ended up sleeping in lounge (family of 4 and barely managed). Listing can be more clearer that there isn’t AC in bedroom. We booked it for 4 nights and first thing in the morning we end up getting another hotel nearby which was absolutely joy to stay there I won’t recommend with all these flaws in one apartment.

The hotel feels very old and outdated. I really liked the beach access and the location, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. One of the staff members was not welcoming at all, and the way he spoke to me made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The hotel has potential because of its beach access, but the property needs updating and the staff should be more professional and welcoming

we booked 3 times same week with this property in general the property is nice not loud pool area really good.rooms could be a bit more cleaner floors felt dusty .if we wanted toilet tissues or something sorted would take ages to sort out.also we even booked directly with them at a higher rate for two single beds and pool view beds were joined together bacony had bugs everywhere.so room service good be better .only food service where we pay food came quick.also if you book 3 times in same week with same hotel you should give more of a good price or better room as standard not a higher price than booking partners.
