Booked a 2 bed “superior” room with a balcony, got a room upstairs, but when I specifically booked a “superior” room with a balcony entrance, the front desk changed it, but with only 1 bed. The front lobby was already locked before midnight, and there was no doorbell to ring the front desk, had to google the number and call for the front to be opened, it was -20 degrees outside.
