Always enjoy our stay here. Awesome staff. Nice rooms with hot breakfast included. Don't like new soap dispensers in shower, squeeze bottles mounted on wall hard to use when low, have seen them broken in other hotels.

Horrible check-in

Check in was horrible. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, but during check-in i was told my room wasnt cleaned. When i had already paid for this specific room,and the receptionist had this smirk while she kept repeating this to me "your room wasnt cleaned" and when i told her "i drove all day to get here, and i have 3 children and a new born in my vehicle. She just smiled and said "i know" . So then they offered a king bed for the night. Which we had no choice to take. 15 mins of getting into "our room" the new receptionist came to our room ro tell us to keep it down, when we would have been in a bed before if they gave us the room i booked and paid for.
