Nice hotel. We stayed in the apartment. Lots of stairs, but a nice space. Liked having a kitchen and washer and dryer. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to almost everything. Tram stops are very close.

Incredible staff
Great hotel paired with incredible staff. I have forgotten the name of the young man at reception, stefan maybe. He made this trip much more enjoyable. A wealth of knowledge and friendliness that would be hard to match anywhere else. Management need to make this man the gold standard for al future staff working towards great customer service.

The hotel is beautiful and super clean. The bed was very comfortable and they provide nice luxury details to make your stay better. It’s located in a great spot where you can walk to many of the sightseeings.

The hotel is very cozy, quiet and clean. The staff is super friendly. Restaurant and bar available at the location, and the room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is great, right in the middle of everything and walkable distance from shopping and dinning.

The hotel has pros and cons. Pros: nice location for walkability, restaurants, safety. Family suite was sizable. King bed and convertible sofa bed. Air conditioning and modern look. Breakfast was pretty good. Cons: terrible design in bathroom as shower floods entire floor and layout is lacking any practicality. Room was spartan in design, which is fine - but it’s not welcoming. You would not want to hang out there. The coffee maker was broken, single elevator broken. Mostly - it’s an attitude problem. At first glance it looks like a modern boutique hotel. The staff seems to think it’s a first-class hotel… but it’s just not. Though they are polite, there is no real intention behind shallow pleasantries. I would never stay here again. Whomever designed the seating in lobby and bathrooms should be forced to use them, as should owner/managers of hotel. They’d be just as eager to get out of there as I was.

Check in was super quick and we were greeted with a glass of champagne. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and modern. Bed was comfortable, bathroom came with amenities and it was very clean and sleek. Location is fantastic and the tram station is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Highly recommend!
