The hostel deliver the purpose (possibly as it was designed for concept) however, was not the usual experience I am used to have and fall short on my expectations. - worth to mention and important the staff were all respectful and friendly all time.

Well, the hostel is well located next to a subway, and the room was clean and spacious even though there was hidden costs. But the awful experience is in dealing with one of their staff members, Amanda, highly disrespectful and condescending. I suspect some racism or trace of lingering xenophobia. But in conclusion I still keep a good overall memory of the trip.

Location was convenient
Hotel was nicely situated to visit my family in weesp. Originally room was dirty with wet towels and bed had been slept in but when we pointed it out they moved us and it was good.

Convenient location!
Convenient location near to the Bullewijk subway station. Also located close to the Zuid business district, and only about a 20-minute commute to downtown Amsterdam. Hostel and rooms were a little dated, and not the most comfortable. Breakfast was an excellent bonus!

Spend $20 more and be much more satisfied
This is one of the cheapest stays in Amsterdam and it shows. It took close to 2 hours to check in and there wasn’t more than a foot between my bed and the next one. It’s in a pretty bad location apart from being next to the metro station. I definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

Arrived back at hotel from night out at 8am as i was getting to sleep cleaner made his way into room i said i want to pass on the hotel room cleaning today (it is an option to do) cleaner then arrived back at hotel room 7 times making his way into room every time while i was trying to sleep and i said everytime he came in i dont want my room cleaned as i need to sleep and he didnt listen anytime so thanks to him me and my partner had next to no sleep

Good cheap stay in Amsterdam
Not much was expected from this room. It exceeded the expectation! Food was offered late night. The free breakfast also included lunch, which was great! Dog friendly hotel. It is directly outside the metro line, so it is easy to get into Centrum.
