The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the central station and places of interest. It has very good facilities and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, for me, the rooms, hallways and elevator need more light. Our room was also very noisy because it was on the street side and trains pass by constantly.

This is a great hotel. Great location in Amsterdam, especially if you are arriving and departing via train. Room was incredibly comfortable (bed, shower, etc.). Service from the staff at the front desk was tremendous. We have stayed in many hotels around that world and this is one of the better hotels we have ever stayed in.

It is right in the heart of the city, across from the Main Train Station and within the heart of the city and the famed canals. Modern, eclectic, but definitely not a Hilton or Marriott. It had a Euro-modern vibe to it. Loved they had their own bikes to rent out for you to explore the city. Traveled on bike everywhere night and day.

Great central location good for walking distance to various attractions and areas. Felt it was overpriced for what it is - we stayed in a art canal view room, nice big windows and view to a central canal, but had issues with cleanliness and TV not working / being a smart TV as suggested. The room felt rather basic for the price. Really nice staff.

Haven’t received any VIP treatment. I signed up for eco program so my hotel room was attempted to clean once and it was an awful experience. Staff apologized but just left a bad taste. Their restaurant i was trying to go once but was told I need a reservation, besides it is a bit overpriced for what they offer. What I liked was the location right by Amsterdam Central station, lots of constructions around but that’s not the hotel's fault. Rooms were beautiful and spacious.

When we arrived the tv in room did not work, so they moved us to another room, but shower had mold. The 3rd room was a bit smaller than the first one and was on the first floor near housekeeping, which proved to be very noisy. Hotel is beautiful and amenities and location are wonderful. I would probably stay again, but I hope their room maintenance improves. Brian, the concierge, was great and very personable, he made to moving experience tolerable and at times funny.
