Clean, friendly, easy to get to/from the airport. Friendly staff booked a taxi for our departure to the airport and when we went to the front desk the next morning, the taxi was there waiting for us. Amazing.

Convenient to the airport. But I made a mistake booking my room for the previous night that I needed. I called back with in 10 minutes and they would not refund me. So I paid for 2 nights instead of one. I was NOT happy.

Proximity to airport and train services. However, the level of cleanliness at the hotel and rooms is very poor. Staff take hours to clear tables in public sittings. Aircon was working.

Our flight back home got canceled and this was a close hotel option to the airport that still had rooms left. The staff have been incredibly helpful and supportive, plus they have a shuttle that goes back and forth to the airport, which is great. The rooms are good and the beds are acceptable, so it has everything I need.

I asked immediately when have arrived (this Friday evening) to open the window that was locked in my room since the smell of stale air was unbearable. The reception staff told me that the window's key was lost. I have asked for another room and got info that the hotel is fully booked. Have checked on my own via different platforms and that was not true, there were free rooms. On the second day on Saturday, I again approached the reception and they promised that they would sort out the issue of the opening of the window. Let me please note that I have only asked the window to be open 5-7 cm only, so air come comes in. On Saturday afternoon I called reception (as I was in the city), if they had managed to to solve the issue of the window. They promised that would do it by the evening when I came back to the hotel. This conversation was recorded. On Saturday evening again I approached the reception and was told that the window could not be opened since one of the employees took it by mistake at home??? I have been staying in this hotel several time over the years and this is my last time. Never again. I am also asking for refund for this inconvinience. Marija

Chose this hotel for free shuttle and proximity to the airport. Room was clean and staff were helpful. Only two complaints - 1) bedside tables would not turn on and then randomly turned on in the middle of the night disruprting our sleep 2) sheets were not fitted or folded under so they came off easily, exposing the mattress.
