The desk staff were incompetent from check in to check out. I was over charged and they could not even explain what the invoices were for when I checked out.

Considering the price, not my best hotel experience. We had a situation where our room was overbooked. We check in, go to our room, only to find people already sleeping in our bed. The staff was helpful and gave us an “upgrade”. The upgraded room was incredibly dusty, its like the room was speed cleaned. We found hair and dust all over the room. Thankfully the towels were clean.

Good hotel near ArenA
We stayed in several different locations in Amsterdam. This was the roomiest with the best A/C. The staff was very friendly. It was a little run down. Quick/cheap uber to/from the ArenA. Overall a good stay!

If you like a cup of tea DON'T stay at this hotel, no kettle or teabags in the room. The information channel said ask at reception for one which we did but they said they didn't supply them. They could give us hot water from the bar area but as I point out to them you can't wander down in your nightie to get said water to have a nice cup of tea in bed. The bathroom had hairs in the drain.

all perfect apart from location
Location was not brilliant but all other elements were perfect. It was around 10 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and there aren't any shops between the station and the hotel. There is a petrol station near the hotel which has a very limited selection of goods.
