Didn’t like that the taxi from the airport who put my suite case on the sidewalk and I had to take it over two bike lanes and two trolly lanes and then down the walkway to the hotel not the hotels fault but was a bad first impression leaving hotel was much better experiences,

Wonderful stay
Friendly, helpful staff and clean pretty room. The rain shower was the best part but the breakfast was also very nice. My only complaint was the noise. It was very loud at night.

Very convenient location for the price. About 15 mins walk from the central station and about 5 mins away from Dam Square with a ton of shopping, food and drink options nearby. The bedroom was reasonable, but the bathroom was a bit cramped due to location of structural features of the old building. Bottom line for us, a reasonably priced, safe, secure and comfortable hotel near the center of everything.

Without the hotel was a great deal for being in the Amsterdam. We love the Italian restaurant next-door and eat there twice as a matter fact in the location was really great. The problem was it seems like there’s a lot of trash and the streets of Amsterdam so I know that’s not under your control.

Perfect location for sightseeing and several good restaurants right on the same street. Quiet location even though only a block from Dam square. Breakfast was sufficient.

Unfortunately was not ok for the price I paid. They have 3 rooms in ground floor which is actually at a lower level to the street outside and window is more like a skylight.. lot of noise from the street is audible from inside the room. Breakfast is cold continental (no live kitchen or warm food other than coffee Location is a huge plus.

Great centra location.

Best western damn square
Very centrally located. Close to the train station and Dam square. Good breakfast. Love the water dispenser in the lobby to fill up your bottles as bottled water is very expensive to buy in tourists areas. Avoid rooms that overlook the street as it’s very noisy from bars and cafes. Noise was audible till 2 am.

We stayed for 5 nights. Good location and breakfast. The only thing that we do not like is that the lady that clean our room don’t do a good work specially with the bed sheets and comforter. Also with the shower.
