Was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness of our room. Found a clump of hair in the shower drain, hair on a bath towel, and the floor needed to be vacuumed.5 On a positive note, the breakfast buffet had a good variety and the complimentary airport shuttle ran on a timely basis.

This was a last minute stay. It met all my needs and surpassed my expectations. Ronald at check in, mid stay needs and check out was phenomenal. I will stay here again!

It was close to the airport and the shuttle bus was on time. However it only runs from 6am so not convenient for early morning flights. Also the shuttle driver was not helpful at all and not in any way courteous. He needs training in customer service. It would also be nice to have face clothes.

Where can I begin...from start to finish excellent facilities, location and service. Friendly,knowledgeable, courteous staff. Went the extra mile helping us plan itineraries, guide us on where and how to go. Even printed out the tickets for our hop on hop off bus tour. I want to give a shout out to one person in particular, Ronald, you know who you are!. I think you epitomise all that is good about Best Western Plus. You deserve recognition for your lovely manner, friendly yet always professional. I am sure you will go far in your career. Normally I look for a new city break each time, but there is still a vast amount of Amsterdam's cultural pearls I have yet to discover. And I would recommend the Hoopddorf Best Western Plus for anyone who is visiting for a short break. It is the "Best" and Ronald and rest of stafd made it the "plus". Combine it with the pass you can purchase from the local transportation services for travel by all modes. See you again soon. 4 tired but very happy travellers from London.

Everything was good except there were times the shuttle bus going back and forth between the airport and hotel was late. In fact, on our date of arrival on May 19, we wanted to go back to the airport to take a train but the shuttle bus took a very long time to arrive to the hotel. We saw some shuttle van that could have been use to transport us to the airport. Don't know why they were just park at the lot without being use?

The rooms are okay. Nothing fancy. Good enough for layover flight. Great shuttle bus service to the Schiphol airport.

I had confirmed rooms with names of persons in the room - 39 rooms i was to pay the rooms when we arrive d. the clerk made me call each person forward and then assign the room and i had to pay for each room individually I had three rooms with dual persons and she only assigned one person to the room - i had to pay for another room because i was sgort for registered member A truly chaotic experience . we stayed in another hotel the night before and they had all the keys ready for each guest and their room numbers . The Best Western cost me another $225.00 because of their front desk

Best Western Schiphol is not a good choice

Sadly all you could smell was the sewer from the bathroom Tge outlet for the night stand was in the middle of the head board making it impossible to sleep without unplugging the cable while you slept. The WiFi only worked outside of the room. Complained twice and it was if Zi had a brick wall with a smile in front of me.
