We got room on the first floor that was no "De Lux" (as per room description). Bathroom was smelling very bad, the safe not working and (old), bad internet signal TV screen colours was dull. However, after our inquiry, hotel staff member by name Davis was great, spent time to hear our needs and gave us another room in the different hotel wing and that room was great, as described in advertisements. Thank you Davis!!! Hotel has great airport shuttle service we used to catch the train to downtown Amsterdam.

Great airport stay

Great airport stay. Reasonably quiet, very clean and comfortable. Definitely nice for one or two nights around your flight. The free shuttle was very helpful as well.

The rooms were dirty. Stayed there for 2 night and house keeping didn't even bother to clean the room next day... Room was missing coffee and soap and just basis stuff in the room were missing. Was dirty. Dust all over
