this is an excellent hotel in an excellent (for my purpose) location, quiet and sophisticated. One concern easily to correct, is that with the new "no staff" check in, it seems hard to find a staff member to assist with any question you might have

We were there on a bus tour and added additional days stay. Upon arrival we asked to stay in the same room after our bus tour ended. Mgr advised the additional days were for a more expensive room. Tarik the on duty manager offered us to stay in the same room and receive a refund for the difference in price. We agreed. The hotel never refunded the difference and per Expedia they will not communicate with them regarding the refund. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

Nice hotel in a quiet area. Staff was kind but could not help us navigate around the city - could not answer even basic questions. Don’t take Ubers in this city - total mess. Have them call you a taxi. Safe area.

Very nice.

As we expected hotel was not in city center. Transportation and cafes are a reasonable walk away. Hotel restaurant was excellent including service. One concern with the shower step down to tile floors. A wall bar to aid entering and exiting shower is definitely needed.

This is not a glorified four star hotel at maximum. Outside building hardly looks like a resident but more like a warehouse. Self check in is ok but you have to wait to find someone to ask any question that you may have: parking, recommended restaurant etc. The fan for AC in our room was making noise so I had to go down and they happily changed the room however the air con is fixed on 22 degree and you can only change the fan speed. As it was cold at night, I went down and they offered an electric heater which I took but not sure this is an ideal way on controlling temp in 5 star hotel. Just to summarise it seems low cost is the priority for the management

Excellent property in an excellent area. Quiet, 5min walk trams and restaurants. Improvement tips, Hair dryer hose in room 1119 was broken but was still able to dry somewhat. Sink drain plug was broken as well. Shower tub was higher than floor which made stepping out tricky at times. All in all, an excellent property and we enjoyed our stay immensely.

GREAT place, near the art district. It's still a walk, but very nice to meander through the streets on your way to the Van Gogh Museum and that area. I took a bus from the airport that left me 2 blocks away. Good way to save a few bucks. Room clean, quiet at night. No complaints and would stay again.
