Staff were super helpful in getting us booked in, adding breakfast, advising trams into the city centre which is about 25mins from the hotel and organising taxis to the airport on leaving. Lots of places to eat at night and 2 supermarkets nearby. Will stay again nearby for otems needed.

the beat services I will ever use in my traveling experience… the workers at the hotel are so so nice.. The staff were lovely and helpful, the room was quirky and comfortable, very clean and adequate for our stay. Transport links are perfect and everything is reachable, it’s also far enough out of the centre that it’s super quiet at night and you can rest well for another day of exploring.

We picked the hotel because the parking was included in the cost but we were very happy with the room which was comfortable and spacious. The staff were lovely and the location was convenient. It's about 45 minutes on the tram/metro into the city centre but these are cheap and frequent from right outside the hotel.

Truly a wonderful hotel, conveniently located in Osdorp shopping center! Very clean rooms! Everything you need is within walking distance, even public transportation! Front desk staff were amazing! Super friendly, polite, caring and very professional too! No matter what time of the day, I was always welcomed with a smile and warm greeting! They truly made my stay so much more enjoyable! Fabulous, budget friendly hotel, staff were all friendly and helpful and the cafe is 24/7 so good for a late night bite. Near enough to Amsterdam city centre with cheap and easy hop on Trams less than a 5 min walk from hotel. Rooms small but cozy with very comfortable beds and amazing shower water pressure. Highly recommend. (Not able to smoke bud outside or near hotel but there's a lovely pond within 3 mins walking so fine to have a late night relaying stroll!). The Thai place near by is also incredible!!

The hotel itself was a good experience but the area where it's located felt unsafe. A lot of drunk people in the streets surrounding the hotel and noises of breaking glasses from the widnow of my room at night. Service was great.

The perfect hotel for our trip. Large rooms, friendly staff and right next to a tram stop that went straight into the city. But also nice surrounding area with some good spots to eat, and little shops to get bits and bobs.

Oh Gosh just a small pit stop but I felt very very welcome like I am at home big thanks to guys from Soth America. Wish could stay a couple of days extra. The Hotel is nice look like the one that I go to help at Kochi city. I for sure will advise to stay there. Breakfast I didn’t reserve that they add me to the breakfast. Simple but a whole selection of breads juice pancakes jam and nice coffee. Thank you so much man ! Valeu se vc vier por estes lados me avisa

Stayed here for one night in between flight connections. It’s quite straightforward to get to bus public transport and is down in a shopping precinct. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful when I arrived. The rooms are quite small (I had booked the twin which is 22sq m which was fine for me as a solo traveller but could be a bit cozy for two. The twin beds are together so that there’s just enough room to walk round them. Be aware the doubles are apparently only 15sq m. The shower worked well and there’s a hairdryer and coffee machine, water and a/c. My room looked out onto the road but there was very little noise. Overall it was a very comfortable night and I would use here again.

Lovely stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with lots of shops around and easy access to trams and busses. Only downside was the housekeeping. We hadn't left the 'do not clean' sign on our room door and it was barely clean when we got back. The beds had been half made and no new coffee or clean glasses were added into the room. This was the only downside but didn't affect our stay and would come back again.
