Need child friendly room options

We stayed as a family of four (two adults and two children, aged 3 and 5). An adult bed was provided for the kids, but there were no safety rails. One of our children fell off the bed, and although we raised this with the staff, no solution was offered. Towels were not provided for all guests and we had to request them at times. That said, the room itself was clean and well-maintained.

The room they provided is dusty, issue with water,shower,bed,no toiletries provided. very outdated facilities. low priced hotels provides way better than that facilities.

The staff was okay and services provided are not upto Marriott standards. The room didn't have enough tea & coffees and the glasses weren't replaced in the mornings. The housekeeping staffs didn't take used glasses. The extra check outs time were not permitted for free.

The hotel was fine, but we specifically searched for a hotel with free parking. When we checked in, we were told the parking was 19.5 euros per night so we felt misled. We were told we could park for free in front of the bowling alley next door but were not comfortable since the car was a rental.
