Great room - clean and in good order. They front desk and restaurant overcharged for city tax (processed twice) and breakfast (not the 19.50 they told us - we were charged 29.00). Wound not visit again

Another business visit to Amsterdam - usual place was fully booked so I tried the Crowne Plaza - so good that I think it will be my future first choice.

Very friendly staff who couldn’t be more helpful, very large rooms the a lot of comfort. Slightly limited room service menu (no pizzas, very restricted 24/7 menu) but otherwise excellent!
