Super hotel. Super room, lovely staff, excellent breakfast. Really helpful guide with QR code for recommended restaurants. Located across the street from the tram stop. Definitely, where we will stay when we come back to Amsterdam.

The room they assigned was on the 4th floor but the rlevator works to the 2nd floor for our case. We had to clime two flights which were very steep like ladders. We did not book for that room but they told us they somehow upgraded our room. If we knew the condition to reach the room, we did not accept the offer

We only stayed here one night. The location is great and right in the middle of everything. This does not feel like a 4-star hotel, however and I don’t think it was worth the cost. While the room was large, it’s outdated and the bathroom felt very cheap and basic.

We booked a room with a king-size bed, located on the third floor overlooking the tramway side. The room was more spacious than we expected and could easily accommodate four people, as it included an additional sofa bed. The location was perfect—we were able to walk everywhere, and the tram stop was right outside the entrance. There was some noise from the tramway and the street below, but we quickly got used to it.

Good location, close to museums and restaurants. Be aware that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. There is one fan in the wall that does not go below 19 degrees celsius. Most staff were helpful but a few were down right rude. Neighborhood around the hotel always had overflowing garbage cans and broken bottles everywhere. I won't be back.

We got a large room overlooking a canal. The tram system has a stop right there. Windows are double-paned so noise was not a problem. The hotel offers full breakfast onsite. We stayed there 12 nights, using Amsterdam as our base location and adding day trips to other cities; the hotel location made everything easy!

What a great hotel. It was so convenient to all sites. The staff was incredible. They were helpful with every question we had. Amsterdam was a little more dirty than I remembered from the last time. I was disappointed in that.

Amazing Stay, Perfect Location.

We had an amazing stay here in this hotel. Everything was perfect room, location ambience everything. You will get the tram right in front of the hotel which makes it convenient to travel to anywhere. Lot of shops are there. Will definitely visit again here.
