It was clean, vent did not work in bathroom not enough tea and coffee facilities plug in bath loose. We were advised we had been upgraded but we do not believe that to be the case. Bedside tables too small to hold items. Some staff very helpful others were quite the opposite. Would not stay there again

Upon arrival, the initial interaction with the staff proved to be less than satisfactory. Following room allocation, we discovered bloodstains on the top cover, which were subsequently addressed by the cleaning staff. We experienced delays in receiving essential amenities, including bath towels, bath tissues, and bottled water, requiring multiple requests to the lobby reception. Furthermore, the room was not serviced on Tuesday, and despite anticipating service on Wednesday, it remained uncleaned. While the hotel's aesthetic is appealing, the overall experience was disappointing, leading us to conclude that the establishment is overpriced and under-serviced.

Shower was awful. Too big of a shower head and water went all over the bathroom floor. There was no one to take bags up to the room. The lighting was terrible in the room and the expensive breakfast was terrible.

Nice clean hotel. Good location for walking. Hotel store for snacks was reasonably priced. Staff excellent. Nice to fill up water bottles as you walk out the front door.

This is a very good location for a short stay. You do not want to stay here too long as the rooms are extremely tiny! Hard to maneuver around the room with two people. The bed was comfortable, but very small and made a lot of noise. It was similar to an RV type bed. For a couple day stay it was okay

Great location on the Amstel River canal. Easy to get to attractions in town. Staff were very helpful with directions and getting our room assigned. Nice breakfast and bar area with other dining options close by. Room was small but clean and had everything we needed. Nice spot!

Two friends traveling so we booked twin beds but room had only 1 chair, 1 luggage rack. It took 3 requests and several hours before they provided additional chair/rack. Also found broken soap dispenser, missing bottle opener, and foreign hairs. Hallways were cluttered with service carts. I expected much better for the price we paid!

Eden hotel: would stay here but will ask for bette

Good thing: close to everything. Service was good, ordered extra towels and got them right away. Bad: small room which was not cleaned properly. Very dusty in the room and they wanted to clean the room every 3 days. I have posted a picture of the dusty cabinet. Bathroom had a few stupid things. The soap dispenser on the sink was at head level and I am almost 6 feet tall. The same thing in the shower. They had shower gel and shampoo but no conditioner. They also did not have body lotion. Did not use their restaurant as there are tons of cafes around for similar or cheaper prices. Customer service was excellent. This hotel offers you the capability of self checkin and making your keys. Security wise was good as you could not get into the elevator or the stairs without a key. Location is good, right on the water and a 2 min walk from the main square etc.
Dust on the cabinets.
