Rooms were clean and very nice. Hotel was close by the venue for the event I was attending. It's hard to get to by taxi though, they can't pull up outside and you have to walk right round the back.

Great location for the Ziggo Dome

We had a problem straight away at check-in. We had booked a twin room in advance but on arrival we were told that there were more twins available, only one double. As we were friends and not a couple then this was not suitable. It was frustrating that the hotel had effectively given away our room! Fortunately, the staff were able to resolve the problem by finding a twin room in the adjacent hotel which was connected and they gave us free breakfast vouchers. Otherwise, the hotel was perfect for our needs, comfortable and very close the the Arena which was the purpose of our stay. It was expensive, but comparable to the other hotels in the area.
