Nice 3 day stay!
We stayed 3 nights. It is very close to walking to things without being in the hustle and bustle. It is very clean and has a very nice breakfast. Nice stay!

Staff were not helpful. We were looking for places to eat or takeout. Because we didn’t have a local bank account all requested takeouts were denied. Asked front desk staff for assistance but they were not willing to help

The property is located in a quiet area of Amsterdam, away from the tourist area of downtown. There is a tram and metro stop nearby. The morning breakfast is outstanding. However, the beds are not very comfortable. Small and not supportive.

We had a hiccup at first, with our room electricity not working with the card. However, they made it right immediately and moved us into another room (nicer as well). The staff was friendly and the are was safe and near a lot of places we wanted to visit.

Staffs are very welcoming and nice. Our room is very clean and comfortable. The location is 10-20 mins walk from tourist attractions. I highly recommend the place.

The staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. We requested a room overlooking the canal ~ which had a lovely view. The breakfast was good, too. The only thing we didn't like: the room has no dresser or drawers or surfaces to put clothes in/on. It was a pleasant stay and located near a supermarket. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with every request we made. they ordered us a cab they helped us with our credit card. They directed us to a pharmacy and a grocery store. Our hairdryer quit working they brought one up in five minutes. The free breakfast was delightful. But there were so many people that we had to pick a time for breakfast. The Rooms were clean and well taken care of.
