No shuttle bus unlike virtually all other hotels in area. Also basic rooms for Holiday Inn Express. Had two shared doors, were locked but meant much noise from adjoining rooms.

Building is nice! Our room was clean, but the carpet had stains. It needs to be deep cleaned with shampoo. I thought mgt.should have taken care of this beore.Employees were nice and heloful.

Comfy bed nice design of room. Lack of gluten free for breakfast and pizza. Asked if a sandwich could be made as the pizza was not GF was told he was not trained in using GF bread!!!!!!
