The hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with a gorgeous view of the canals. Despite the property being right in the centre of it all, we didn’t hear any noise from the street. Great stay! Highly recommend!

This was a nice hotel situated in a great part of the city. Close to the train station cruise port dining and groceries. Extremely courteous staff at front desk.Would come back without fail. The only thing that i didnt like was that for me there was not enough lighting

CC hotel is perfectly located near everything...rooms are modern and clean...the area is full of restaurants...it can get a little busy at nite and a bit unruly...overall a great 3 star hotel.

Property has a great location, easy to walk anywhere in the city. Staff were all friendly and helpful. With a train to catch the next morning, it was an easy walk to Centraal Station.

Typical small RLD hotel. Going up, going down various stairs, including lighthouse type circular. A challenge bringing luggage. However, staff did offer to carry bag to room. Rooms small, some real small but clean.

The area around the hotel was NASTY… no, it was actually FILTHY! The staff was curt and dismissive… some of them even acted annoyed to answer our questions! The rooms were EXTRA small - my husband had to CRAWL over me to get into bed. The trash can lids would not stay on. The wardrobe was place in the middle of the NARROW hallway leading into the tiny room. There were 4 (FOUR) hangers in the wardrobe. You had to get ON THE FLOOR to open and close the safe. The two rooms we were given were directly in front of the super noisy street below and I was only able to sleep with ear plugs to block out the noise - and this was ALL WEEK LONG - not just Friday and Saturday nights. AND we did not expect a bill for €327 for TAXES when we arrived. We knew that we would have to pay something when we arrived but the amount was staggering - a little better explanation would have been appreciated. We won’t be staying at the hotel ever again. Better yet, we won’t be booking through EXPEDIA EVER AGAIN!!!

We checked in, place was small with lots of stairs. Room was even smaller! Pulled back the sheets and there was a dead bug in the sheets. Place was noisy from the street, then my husband and I read they have a bed bug problem. We left immediately and had to find other accommodations. I paid for 3 nights and although we were only there for 1/2 hr. They refused to give me back any of my money. Terrible! Never, Never stay there!
