The hotel is very central and close to Central Station. It was possibly the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in but for a stay of only one night, it was comfortable enough. The staff were friendly and courteous and everything like booking in was easy and understandable.....although I haven't had a chance to see if my "Room Damage" deposit is back in my account :)

Wonderful location

It was a great location and easy to get where we wanted. Could be a little loud with only one set of stairs and people bringing their luggage up and down it. We loved it and felt safe. We had a wonderful view of the canal. The rooms are VERY small, so bring as little luggage as possible.

Great location and service although rooms small

The hotel was very well located, a couple of blocks from Centraal Station, a couple of blocks from Dam Square, and nightly boats cruises, also a couple of blocks from Red Zone. Full of restaurantes of all kinds and countries, 6 blocks from Rembrandt's house. Really ideal location, the service was awesome too.

The room was so small, it was difficult to move inside of the room. A large person would not be able to sit on the toilet as you had to shift around the sink. The room was too small for habitation, even for one night and certainly not worth the charge for the room.

Room was very tiny. We got two single beds with very limited space to move around. Had to jump over our backpacks to move around. Bathroom door banged into the closet. More of a single bed room than for two. The bathroom had half glass panel and water was flowing to the floor with no control. Luckily not flowing to the carpets in the room. We left empty bottles in the room and those were not picked up. Not sure why. Convenient location and close the central.

Very good location Excellent, friendly ,helpful staff……nothing was a problem from check in to storing our bags on check out The free tea/coffee down in the lobby was a nice touch. The hotel room was clean,housekeeping each day with lovely fresh towels etc My only complaint was that the rooms are quite dark and the dark carpet made it even darker Overall great location ……2/3 min walk from Dam square 5 min walk from central station ,lots of choice for eating out and excellent friendly and helpful staff made out stay a very positive experience

This hotel is situated within easy walking distance from the main train station and on a busy street. However our room was facing the back and it was very quiet, we only had the white noise of the air conditioning unit to soothe us to sleep! The room was clean and small but great for a short stay, and the shower was amazing, hot and powerful! The staff were helpful and friendly, and available 24 hours. There is a lift available, however there are still some stairs to access the rooms, some of which are narrow and steep. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at Hotel CC and will stay again when we return to Amsterdam.
