The room was infested with bedbugs. Hotel staff knew about it and still let us stay in that room. They later claimed, we cleaned it before but the bedbugs came back. The owner didn’t provide any compensation. After negotiation, they only agreed to cancel the unused nights. We had to pay our own money to replace our clothing and bags, with the trouble of booking last minute hotel and arranging ride, etc. Do yourself a favor and do not stay in this hotel. The rooms are very small, and your suitcases are guaranteed to touch the wall and beds with bedbugs.

Good location. Close to public transportation, restaurants and convenience stores. Easy access to Amsterdam's famous sights. Facility is clean and well maintain. Front desk staff are very helpful.

Everything was as advertised. The people at the front desk were very kind and helpful. Location made it easy to walk anywhere in downtown Amsterdam. It was only a 5 minute walk to Amsterdam Centraal.

Great location - about 5-10 minute walk from hot spots. Locatee near Chinatown, Red light district and Amsterdam Centraal. Rooms are small, but not all that surprising for a European accommodation. Warm showers and elevator available.

Excellent service from the receptionist . We arrived with my friend very early morning and left our luggage for free of charge and the evening we got back to the hotel and our luggage was in our room already very kind and helpful staff.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. And even though the hotel room is really small, what I didn’t really like was that the shower didn’t have a door, so all the water spilled into the whole bathroom, which is very strange for me.
