On two occasions my door would not lock after I exited my room. I had to call the out of hours number and staff had to come in. On the first occasion this was a few minutes, on the second it was around 30 minutes. I had to use an Uber to meet my appointment for the second occasion at a cost of £13.95 - without the delay I would have walked. In my room (04) the remote did not work and there were no available terrestrial channels. It was not possible to switch off the lights from the bed. The shower lower head height could not be fixed at different levels and had to be held. Regarding the locking and remote, when problems were raised, staff were polite and very helpful. I have no complaints on that front. Basic comfort in the room was OK and my stay would have been fine without the problems indicated.

O hotel é ideal para quem for aproveitar o dia todo fora pela cidade e voltar apenas para um banho e descansar. Alias, cama e chuveiro muito bons. O quarto era pequeno. E pequeno mesmo. Duas pessoas e duas malas de 10kg já fica dificil a locomoção interna, mas não foi um problema no geral. Atenção especial às escadas. Ingremes e estreitas (quase um padrão holandês pelo que notei).. Então se você tem dificuldade de locomoção, se for com muitas malas isso pode ser um problema (fiquei no 3o andar e subir e descer com as malas foi um pouco malabarismo! Mas sobrevivi)

Great property, excellent location and walkable to most restaurants and tourist locations, would stay again. Very small room but we were aware of that before arriving but smaller than we thought! Would not out us off staying again though. Helpful and friendly staff.

Wonderful stay!

We originally booked a double bed, and wasn’t expecting much but they upgraded us with no extra charge to a triple with a private little courtyard patio area attached to it. The reception desk always had someone to help us out if we had questions, and they were all extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay that felt very welcoming!

Check in was an easy process. Actual room was located across the street from the check-in lobby in a separate building. The staff gave very easy directions. Room itself was nice and quiet despite its central location. Would stay again!

Good location, friendly staff, but not that clean

The location is good and the building was ok. But the shower has. A lot of timescale build up, it's a bit gross. One of the large windows does not lock, which meant we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything in the room... It's on the ground floor, the windows ought to lock. I put my bag under the bed and it came out caked in dust...

Excellent location, clean room with good space and bigger than expected for a European capital. Steep stairs but not a problem for us, bar noise from across the road but again didn’t bother us. Location excellent and great shower. All refurbished. Would recommend for location and convenience.
