All good for a short stay to access Schipol airport. Hotel must monitor the Shuttle service to and from airport as we had to wait over 40 minutes for a Shuttle....too long! Also, coffee/tea in the rooms is needed.

When arriving it looked beautiful the staff were lovely and polite but when we went into the room we noticed old crisps and a LOT of dust under the beds. We had to separate the two single beds and seen it all . It wasn’t pleasant at all. We were woken up both mornings by the cleaners even with a notice up on our door. The breakfast was awful. I really wouldn’t recommend! it was not great at all. For almost €280 I would have expected a bit better from this hotel.

The airport bus does NOT arrive at the airport on the schedule posted. We waited more than 45 minutes. When we asked if there was a problem causing it to be delayed, the hotel staff was very unkind and told me that the shuttle runs as posted. But clearly it did not. The bus was so late that all the people waiting for it almost didn’t fit on it! And the hotel front desk made everything worse by his arrogance. Pay a few dollars more and stay at one of the other 10 hotels whose shuttles arrived at the airport every 20 minutes.

Room dirty and very beat up. Door jambs broken out on door into bathroom. Dried liquids on the interior door and bathroom floor. Carpeting coming up, cleaners missed a lot with the room. The only thing going for this place is the location and it's close proximity to the airport. They realize that customers have no options for food, so they price gouge for low quality food. Had an issue with their "burger barn" on the 2nd floor. 7 EUR for 7 ounces of coke in paper cup.....when I was charged for 14 ounces. when I pointed out the mistake I got a shrug.
