We arrived late at night the reception staff made you feel like you were disturbing them as if they had important things to do and you were infringing on there chat as all they were doing was chatting amongst themselves. The bathroom was lacking in a fresh feel the toilet seat was dirty and marked.

There were hairs in the bed. Sink was dirty, the food was expensive and limited menu. We were told it was a Continental breakfast but we're charged 19 pounds each person

The staff at the front desk is great. They got me checked in and oriented quickly, and were very friendly. My room was clean and the layout was practical, with a desk to write at and a couch. The gym also had everything I needed for my stay. The hotel is showing a bit of age in some areas, but nothing major. Shuttle transportation was very convenient

Place is fine if you’re staying a night at the airport. The breakfast is one of the worst I’ve ever had in Europe and, if there were better food options around, I’d say skip the cost, it’s not with it for such terrible food

Convenient location for Schiphol airport, with a hotel airport shuttle about a 10-15 min ride. A good access to the city center by train from Hoofddrop station, to get to the station requires to call Uber. A good option if you want to have a 1-2 day lay over in AMS, want to have a quick visit to the city and catch an early flight next day.

Hotel has B rating from the health and food safety at present means they aren’t keeping the kitchen and other important areas yo the city standards. They wouldn’t give any complimentary water bottle in the room and the small water bottle sell @€4/500ML reason they know that they are in the middle of nowhere so people will end up coughing ridiculous money for water. They will Change bed sheets once in 4 days. Will Charge extra if you want it to be done every day or every other day.

The check in process was problematic as the hotel overbooked and there were not enough rooms for us, even though we paid for 5 rooms, one person had to get a downgraded room. It also took over half hour to get the rooms. The employee actually said that there weren’t many rooms available, as though they didn’t realize we had a confirmed reservation. The rest of the stay was satisfactory. Then, I reserved a shuttle to head to the airport for seven persons, and paid for the reservation immediately. At the appointed time, the available shuttle was too small for all parties so part of the contingent went with the first trip. Then there was a half hour wait for the next shuttle which was not communicated at the point of reservation, had it been stated that the shuttle couldn’t accommodate us all, I would have used Uber instead.

I was quite disappointed with the front desk service. I made a booking for a room with a bathtub for my 2 young children, upon check in i realised we did not received it. when front desk was approached the answer i got was that that is not always a guarantee. also do note that they charge for hotel shuttle 8.50euros per person, which i have never experienced in any other hotels close to the airport. front desk was quick to charge our credit card without advising us that we could get a free membership and then the shuttle service is free. they only mentioned that if youre a hyatt member you dont have to pay. restaurant staff and bartender were all friendly and attentive to customer's needs. appreciate that, breakfast was good and a variety of food was available for the two nights we were there.
