Great stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, it felt very safe and clean. The only thing is the street side rooms were quite loud at night, but other than that a great stay. Thank you!

I did not like the fact that the evening manager entered our room on 10-15-2024, at approximately 7:45 p.m., with a pass key while we were in the room without properly knocking on the door or waiting for a response before entering our room. When we spoke to him at the front desk, he claimed that he was checking for room 209. We were in room 309. As I told him, this made me feel unsafe and violated. We checked out 10-16-2024 to return to the USA. My Amsterdam themed folding umbrella I purchased was missing after packing and double checking the whole room.

We felt the room was very small and sparse. Only one garbage can for one room? Not in the main roo, hair products were dreadful. Staff where very kind and helpful, and it was a decent location but not sure we would return

Carpet and upholstery dirty. Room had a great view. Room was lacking. Paper cups, no tea kettle or coffee, bath door a problem, Nice staff. Very good location. Expensive for what you get.
