When we check in the room is not ready coz of short staff so they give us 1 each complimentary drink at the bar. The location is very convenient close to train station and tram.breakfast is good.overall good stayed.

Good location, small room with obstructed view despite on the 9th and top floor. Shower water strength good and hot always. Drain a little slow though.

It’s a below average hotel at a premium price. I paid $300 usd a night for a sub par room. Everything was outdated. Location was great though.

Few min walk from Train Station. Walkable to pretty much everything such as Red Light District, Restaurants and Shops. We enjoyed our stay. Employees was friendly. I have no complaint!

Great location, very small room
The hotel was right by the station. I thought it was a fabulous location. However you really couldn't swing a cat in our room (no pets were harmed in this review). We had a triple room and there just was not really any floor space. 1 bed had no bedside table. All the beds had toppers on them which kept sliding off. We like a kettle in our room and we asked for one but there wasn't anywhere to put it, so had to make a cup of tea on the floor. We paid a lot for the room. Nearly £300 a night and were shocked to not have breakfast included. So we paid extra. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice coffee. Staff all very friendly.

A nice hotel in a great location. We didn't try the breakfast or dinner as both of us got ill unfortunately, the breakfast looked good. The twin room was small, very small for 2 people but was adequate. The shower was just about hot enough considering the water pressure fluctuated from very hot to cool. The staff we met were very nice too. We will book the hotel again next time we go to Amsterdam as we still enjoyed our stay despite being ill.

Walking distance from the train station, adjacent to Amsterdam’s main square. Nice bar with good pizza. Walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. Small self serve store offering soda, water, beer, wine and snacks. Lovely staff! Highly recommend!

The room was decent. The bathroom, however, appeared to have mildew. To make matters worse, the water stopped running in the middle of my shower one morning. Fortunately, the water trickled enough to rinse out the shampoo from my hair.
