If you are a breakfast person, get the breakfast included, it is worth not paying full price either here or in the area. When construction on the station is done this will be an even better spot. Not a posh place but not meant to be rooms clean and comfortable staff and services great.

A hotel very close to the Amsterdam Central Station. Nice room, good breakfast, lovely staff. I travelled with my dog and there were no issues at all.

This is a well located hotel with the worst customer service I ever experienced. The breakfast was mediocre and the vibe is very unwelcoming. There is know way to contact the front office to ask for help. I would consider it one step above a youth hostel.

The room was cozy but extremely small. While the towels were changed daily, they had an odd smell. I felt that the price was quite high for the level of service offered. There were no coffee-making facilities in the room, so each morning, I had to go down to reception, pay for a coffee, and bring it back up to enjoy my first cup of the day—this was a major inconvenience. I've stayed in many places and have never encountered this setup before. On a positive note, the breakfast was excellent with a wide range of options.

Great stay
My partner and I only stayed one night, the room was fairly small to fit luggage, however the bed was comfortable and conditions were good. We did not have their breakfast but it looked good, if we stayed longer we would have had it.

Great location in Amsterdam
Just steps from Central Station. Quiet, small but adequate rooms at a good price. Ask for an upper floor overlooking the city, not the railroad tracks and neighboring building.

We arrived early in morning but were able to store luggage. We were advised possibly getting our room by 2 pm. We had flown overnight with no sleep and checked back around noon. Still could not give us an answer. Had lunch and sat in lounge as we were too tired. Thank you to Naima a lovely lady who saw how tired we were and went to reception and got us a room right away.
