Excellent location, quiet and clean. The staff went above and beyond for us from the moment we checked in early. I stupidly left my phone in the taxi on the way to the train station. When I realized I’d lost it, my friend called the hotel, who immediately checked my room and when they didn’t find it, took it upon themselves to call the taxi company. Within a few minutes of calling the hotel, they’d tracked down the taxi, located my phone, and sent the driver to meet me at the train station so we’d make our departure. This is WAY above the call of duty, and saved the day. Would recommend 1000 times over.

We got a terrible room with very slow running shower water. The location is nice . But other than that my complaint is a shower.

Fair price for such a great location. They were amenable to minor requests like early check in and bringing condiments up to our room. Great breakfast too. One suggestion is to add some furnishings with drawers to the room.

River view from 9th floor was fantastic and made our stay. Room a bit smaller than ideal but bed large and very comfy. Decor slightly faded but ok. Room was also very quiet and this is especially impressive as we were directly above the station.

The beds in this property are so bad, I wouldn't let my dog sleep on them. The beds are small and dirty. Additionally, you can't control the A/C in your room thus the rooms were too hot and smelly.

The room was small but okay. The absence of a phone in the room made it hard to contact the staff. It required two elevator rides to reach the room. Not particularly bothersome for us, but some may have a problem with the rather loud train noise all night long.
