Was very disappointed with our stay. The rooms were tiny but this was not our biggest concern. Our biggest concern was with the cleanliness of the room. We were unable to use the top bunk bed as it was not cleaned properly and the sheets were not changed. We also found a t shirt from a previous guest in the room. We were greeted with multiple spiders in the room of which we even have pictures of. Having the sink outside the bathroom in the open is likely the cause of some of the uncleanliness. Beyond the room, amenities are just not present and prices for water and snacks are laughable. We paid 5 euros for a water bottle that we got from a nearby market for 0.50 euros the very next day. I understand prices will be higher but this much of a difference is not tolerable. Only positive i take from this stay is the hotel to airport shuttle which was very convenient. Extremely disappointing stay overall.

We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the airport and provided a shuttle service from and to it. We easily got into the city to see Amsterdam for the day. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Would stay here again if we have another layover in Amsterdam.

It’s a good place for the price if you need to stay at the airport. The shuttle is reliable. The hotel is clean and convenient but rooms are tiny.

This hotel is very nice because first think you will get free transport every 10minutes, to the airport up and doun then whenever you want to go to Amstadam you can take bus from hotel then you will get train every 10minutes,

The staff was friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. The room, though budget, was neat and tidy. Aside from the price, I booked the room primarily for the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which worked well. I still dont understand why a hotel, budget or not, doesnt have ice available for guests. The Ibis budget could also benefit from 24 hour free coffee station like the Ibis Styles in Delft.
