Airport stay over.

Stayed here one night as it was close to the airport. Hotel was fine, had a decent range of food that was reasonably priced. Room was comfortable and clean. Airport shuttle was easy to find and ran pretty much to schedule. Can't fault the place, it ticked every box we needed ticking.

Very nice lobby, service, restaurant and very clean. Very nice bathroom too. The bed was not very comfortable and the one pillow per person was flat. The building is quite soundproof.

The free shuttle operated by ibis needs to clearly announce that there are 3 ibis hotels and should announce the name of the hotel so that guests don’t get off at the wrong ibis hotel. It doesn’t and shouldn’t take much to do this!

The kitchen closed early around 9:30 but you could still get a pizza. The property felt comfortable and clean. The airport shuddle was a great convenience.

Overall a good experience for what this hotel was, a quick overnight stay to catch a very early connecting flight. Shuttle pickup at the airport was extremely smooth

The property was nicely kept up. The inconvenience I had was the shower didn't drain properly and water flooded the WHOLE bathroom. I used all the towels to get some of the water up, to be able to use the blow dryer. Also the room wall hair dryer didn't work either. I had to go to the office to retrieve one. They said they would have maintenance look at the shower while I was out for the day. I came back around 11:30 pm exhausted and the bathroom still had to bath towels on the floor with water all around the sink and toilet. It was never cleaned up. They gave me new towels but that was all for the bathroom. I requested no cleaning or need to make my bed but they should have cleaned the soggy bathroom towels off the water saturated floor. I did call the front desk a few times and they never picked up. Other than that I enjoyed the staff.

Wouldn’t come again - up your service!

It was a room and served the purpose of one night before getting on a plane the next morning. The free shuttle from airport was a let down. The bus driver didn’t inform anyone on the bus of each of the 3 Ibis hotels it stopped at as to which was which. We got off at the one after Budget Styles - having no idea there was a third Ibis hotel. When we went to check in the lady said we were at the wrong one - and oh, oops, your shuttle has gone now - you will have to wait another hour for the next one! It might be a free service but please, tell your shuttle drivers to communicate which Ibis you have arrived at - we are mostly overseas guests and don’t automatically know the colour code of each of the 3 Ibis hotels, let alone that there were 3 of them! We took the shuttle again an hour later and the different driver didn’t tell people either - we noticed passengers looked confused as to whether to get off or not.

Great place to stay that is near the airport. Shuttle comes and go throughout the day so just pick the slot and be 10 min out prior to shuttle. About a 30 min drive to the airport because they stop at two other Ibis hotels to pick up guest.
