Amazing 22hr layover
On the way home feom my Scotland trip..I had a 22 hr layover which I utilized beautifully by touring Amsterdam. Innside is conveniently located steps from the train station, perfect end of a long day taking in the sites and walking. My room was relaxing and welcoming..the TV screen identified me by name and everything was clean and perfect..just like I expect when traveling. The hotel is 15 min drive and 6 min ride on train from airport. A fabulous rooftop restaurant & bar. The staff PERFECT! Loved my 8 hr stay😀

The property was very clean and easy access. Unfortunately, our room was not ready on time. However, they offered us a drink as we sat and waited. They then brought the luggage to our room for us. The breakfast was delicious so many options. It was very close to the train and the tram. With an incredibly good bagel shop close by.

I had difficulties with lost luggage and cancelled flights. The staff helped in various ways from checking in with me to see if I had heard about my luggage, charging my phone, and letting me use the desk phone to contact the airlines. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I have never had better service

The hotel was excellent, although in some parts of the hotel the view is better than in other parts. What we liked most was the way the receptionists understand their task. Always kind, always helpful, always inspiring joy!

Comfortable...cleaned daily...breakfast buffet was ok but so convenient...mini bar refilled daily. The fact that it was smoke free and air-conditioned was super plus. Even if it was outside city central, it took less that 5 minutes to walk to either the metro or tram stops. The metro is 5 stops to Centraal Station or the tram took qu minutes to Museumplain where the 2 major museums are located - Rijksmuseum and Van Gogh. In total, my 5 nights in Amsterdam was a great experience and being able to begin and end each day in INNSIDE helped a lot.

Excellent Location!
It took me more time to figure out buying the ticket than the actual train ride, which was only one stop if i remember correctly! SO easy from the airport. The hotel is only steps away… visible from the station. It’s trendy, with all the amenities. Don’t be worried that it’s “too far” from the central area! You walk a block to tram by the World Trade Center. And line M52 is the only one you really need! There is NO hassle at all. I liked the bigger modern room and elevator. Multiple restaurants and a quick self serve drink & snack area. Rooftop bar was excellent for the views and bubbles!
