Ok but processes need some thought
Comfy stay, the hotel is in a convenient location and well furnished. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) I agreed a 2pm checkout as I had a meeting to attend online. During my meeting the telephone in the room started to ring loudly. They were calling to see why I hadn’t checked out! Then a short while afterwards a member of staff knocked loudly and tried to walk in! Not impressed that I was disturbed twice when they had been informed ay 7am following their own process! I mentioned it at reception but they seemed unbothered by my inconvenience. They gave my business a 50% discount on the late checkout fee which didn’t really help me personally.

There was no stay - to had a family emergency (my father had an accident resulting in traumatic brain injury) and I could not travel - and neither the hotel directly or hotels.com could assist to make alternative arrangements. Shocking poor engagement from both parties - DO NOT RECOMMENT .

Great central location close to a tram stop with multiples lines. Despite being central it was surprisingly quiet/peaceful in the hotel itself. The room was very comfortable and the spa tub was a nice perk for relaxing after a lot of walking all day.

The place is good but the price is not economical
The place of the hotel was very good, but I do not think that the price is worth of staying. With that orice, the room comfort and the setvice should be much higher.
