We booked the spa room and were absolutely delighted with it! The room exceeded our expectations in every way. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. Everything was fresh and delicious. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and will definitely recommend it to others!

Great Hotel and Great location.
Stayed over New Year and it was perfect for our needs. If we return to this hotel or you are planning on staying here, would recommend a room near the back as the only complaint we had was the room was not that great at soundproofing the outside noise of vans/trams etc and woke us up early each mooring. Apart from that all good!

Ok but processes need some thought
Comfy stay, the hotel is in a convenient location and well furnished. I asked beforehand for a late checkout as was told to phone reception at 7am on the day (not very convenient if the reason you need a late checkout is to sleep!) I agreed a 2pm checkout as I had a meeting to attend online. During my meeting the telephone in the room started to ring loudly. They were calling to see why I hadn’t checked out! Then a short while afterwards a member of staff knocked loudly and tried to walk in! Not impressed that I was disturbed twice when they had been informed ay 7am following their own process! I mentioned it at reception but they seemed unbothered by my inconvenience. They gave my business a 50% discount on the late checkout fee which didn’t really help me personally.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, having instant coffee in the rooms was not what expected. It was very disappointing, then having to purchase coffee in the lobby.. hmmm not good.
