The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Centraal station and a stones throw from various shopping and food options. The staff is attentive and helpful. The social hour between 4 and 5 pm is worth attending (hello, free Heineken, wine and soft drinks with light snacks). The room itself was fine, no complaints there. Lastly, the buffet breakfast is excellent. A very solid option when staying in Amsterdam.

This property is very fun. Clean and professionally run, Staff is fluent in many languages. It has a great Fitness facility, which is hard to find in many European Hotels. The Room was very well designed. Spacious and the bathroom was large enough for two people. We had a great time at this hotel, Free Bikes, a well trained and staffed that was at our beck and call. I Highly recommend this Location and Hotel. Thank you, we will be back soon.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located walking distance to everything you want to see in Amsterdam. The real standout of this hotel however is the staff. The staff here was incredible. Very knowledgeable and helpful and extremely courteous and attentive several times going above and beyond during our stay.

The hotel is in a very good location. The only complaint I had is the air conditioning is not what we're used to. The staff did provide a fan to me which was a big help and helped cool the room at night. We enjoyed our visit.
