My room was not cleaned properly. After I checked into the room I went to shower I found a false eyelash in one of the towels, toothpaste left in the sink, and coffee splattered all around the wall next to the machine. When I went down to ask for housekeeping or a different room the front desk agent was extremely rude and told me my room was cleaned. The bed was made, but the room was certainly not cleaned.

My friend and I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark for 8 nights to go to the Taylor Swift Eras Tour concert and had a lovely stay! The room was new and very clean. Transit to the city center was great with a tram stop right outside the hotel. Highly recommend.

This hotel offers a free transfer from the airport. The driver was very nice and as he droped us off he let us know that there was a tram stop close by that would take us into the city. The hotel is a little further out than i would have liked for just a weekend but it was only 20mins to the city and you can buy a 24 Hr ticket for 9€. Not many places to eat or buy food really close by. The tax as you will see here was a supprise and because our flight was cancelled we had to pay this on a 2nd booking as well. The staff are all very nice and i found that they were informative and even showed use a few sites we might like to visit on a mapand give us an idea of how much taxi's should charge getting to and from. 5* for the staff. The hotel i would say is scrapping by on the 4* rating. I stayed in a 5* Raddison in Manchester the weekend before and it's the little things that make the stay. The Raddison was cheaper and not only had a coffee machine but provided tea, hot chocolate and biscuits as well as having a fridge in the room. The Leonardo had a nice coffee machine and 1 chocolate in our 1st room but non in the 2nd. The breakfast was ok, I had the same choice in the Raddison but better quality with real orange juice not squash, for the same price. They did accomadate us on a lower floor as my partner doesn't like lifts. The Raddison had plenty of usb sockets in the room which helps. The Leonardo has one under the desk and the one in the 2nd room wasn't working. Hotel 3stars

A nice area that is only a minute away from the tram. The only thing that really let the room down was the lack of air - air conditioning didn’t work, and the room felt incredibly stuffy.

Upon arrival at this prestigious hotel, we’re welcomed by friendly, professional, helpful & very accommodating client service professionals @ the main lobby reception. The hotel has an excellent vibe of positivity, the ambiance is fresh and clean. Our room is just perfect size. This beautiful place offers a transportation for guests from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. The metro station is only 3 minute walk from the hotel. The upper terrace is a bonus to get a view of the beautiful city of Amsterdam. We will definitely book our stay in this hotel in our next trip. The male reception personnel scheduled at night shift on Thursday, July 04 offered the highest customer service. We obtained everything we needed for our stay. This is the best service I ever had. Every one of them at the main reception lobby is absolutely wonderful. Every single professional personnel gave a very positive experience for guests like us by giving solutions to our inquiries and leaving us happy and at peace. Thank you very much for this fantastic stay we had.

Staff were disappointing. Did not change our towels as we requested twice. Did not vacuum the dirt in the hallways for 3 days. Unable to answer any questions about transportation or local activities without consulting ‘Google’. Rooms are fairly small for such a big building- to accomadate our family of 4, we needed 2 rooms (double cost). Breakfast costs twice what it should. & they don’t have any tissue boxes! It is convenient to the tram stop, to go downtown. Would not return due to poor service.
