It was a very nice hotel. They uograded us for free to executive suite and it had an amazing view. The dinner we had there was amazing. We would definitely stay there again.

We liked the closeness to Central Station and cruise port. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pillows weren't all that great, but we are pillow snobs. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Customer service at check in and check out was excellent. We did not have the breakfast as we found it to be expensive, but we did eat in the bar and everything was great. Room was very nice and fairly spacious.

The property is well situated. Rooms are nice and cosy. We had a fantastic view from our room. The amenities in the room were really good. Well provided and timely replenished. The staff - mostly good except for one instance where we ran into someone having a bad day prehaps.

This seemed like a money grab. We booked this hotel to be close to the cruise port. Then we started getting emails trying to get us to upgrade our room. They came in every few days. We showed up early and asked if we could check in but they wanted more money 50 euros to get a room nobody was using. Check in the person was very difficult and said no when we asked to read what we were signing first. Upon initial review of the check in a manager did reach out right before we left to apologize about what happened on check in but other than be very polite and apologetic nothing happened.

It was a beautiful hotel and spacious room but the water in the shower had very low water pressure and not much hot water! We weren’t allowing to check in until 3: but they kindly stored our luggage for us.

This was a very clean modern building, close to the cruise port. The room was comfortable, nicely set up, great view. Least favorite part: Check in: On arrival, we were able to store our bags, but were told we could not check in until 3pm. When we got there at 3, there was a huge line, with 3 people working. Waited 25 minutes. A better system should be worked out, especially on cruise arrival dates. Easy to do.

Excellent location, especially if you are taking a cruise. Excellent, included breakfast worth the cost. Freindly staff and very clean. Within walking distance to historic downtown Amsterdam. Check in and check out is very slow. Should look at providing online check or other options to speed it up and make it more efficient.
