Nice clean place with awesome breakfast. But it was very noisy and disturbing both nights because of passersby, I think mostly were drunk , coming from a nightclub nearby. Take a small noise machine with you, that’ll be helpful.

I stayed in the triple room with city view with my parents. The view of the canal from the window was beautiful. Amazing location, super walkable to all the sites. Room is clean and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet has good selection. The only nitpick I have is that the water in the sink and shower clogged up sometimes but not a big issue. Thanks for a great stay!

Looking out our hotel window at the canal every morning was a treat! The location was perfect right in the Nine Street area. The rooms were clean, although a bit on the smalll side. The breakfast had many options, but we chose to eat out most days. The Stroopwaffle shop down the street was an added plus!

We were not given the room type that hotels.com showed us when we selected the room and fee. We had paid extra to get a larger room. The people at the hotel could not and would not help us with the situation. We were given a smaller room at the larger room cost.

The hotel was very nice, but the size of the room and the cost of the hotel was not worth it in my opinion. Though given the cost of hotels in city centre Amsterdam, it was well priced. The hotel's location was great, it was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Great location

Great location, it’s where I always stay when I’m in Amsterdam. I think the move to a 3pm check in is over the top especially as I was contacted in the days running up to my stay I got offered an earlier check in for a fee. Also the breakfast is no longer included and the breakfast range has been drastically reduced compared to previous stays. I know things are tough but prices going up and services reduced is not great.

I enjoy this hotel and I would stay here again. There are a couple things that I think could be better but the pros highly outweigh the cons. The location is really fantastic. I could walk to most things within 20 minutes. The rooms were small. But it had everything that I needed and was very clean. I do love that they had body lotion in the bathroom. I did really enjoy their drink voucher in exchange for no room service. Their fitness center was OK. It was not very large. I do wish that they had a bottle of disinfectant available to wipe down machines. Their breakfast was excellent. However, the dinner was so so. For some reason, lots of restaurants stop serving on the earlier end in Amsterdam. I feel like they spent a lot of energy on their breakfast and there’s not at the same energy for the dinner service. There were a few very good restaurants very close. But I had to ask each one individually if they had dinner service. Overall, I think that there were a lot of very good things about this hotel. It is not perfect, but I would still highly recommend it and I would stay here again.
