Hotel is in a great location, central to most things but also away from the main busy tourist bustle areas We never had to walk more than 20 mins to get anywhere from the hotel, fabulous shops, sights, cafes and restaurants very close by. We walked from the train station easily. The staff are fabulous, so friendly, kind and could not be more helpful, dealt with any request and offered advice and help to any questions or queries we had. Rooms are comfortable and clean Just note some rooms on 1st floor are on the route to breakfast room, we did not know this and it was quite noisy with people going past in the morning, so ask for a room the opposite side away from breakfast!

Great service from front desk before and during our stay. Hotel helped arrange transport from airport to hotel and hotel to cruise port. Very friendly and helpful staff , shout to Anouk, Alena and Celine at the front desk as well as Bert and the rest of staff. Very happy with our stay.
