An excellent overnight stop

A very nice Hotel in a handy location. Room service dinner was excellent. Only 250m from the train station which was one stop from the airport train station

This was my second time coming back to this hotel. I came back for rhe breakfast as my last trip here 2 years ago. It was amazing cooked to order it was magic. But sadly it has changed. Still good but no where near as good as it was before.

Great location near the train station. Fantastic staff so hopeful very clean. Would definitely stay again. 5 min car journey to the hotel. Best to get a train from the airport to hotel it’s only £4. Overall lovely place.

Excellent location with a short walking distance from train station. Good overall but couple of small issues: 1. The bathroom doors are magnetic, which means that they are stylish and convenient, but on the other side, noisy specially at night. 2. Bed sheets are flat rather than fitted. The size of the sheet is too small to completely cover the mattress underneath which makes the bed a little uncomfortable to sleep on. 3. We had to repeat our room number a few times at the entry to breakfast bar. The staff was neither polite nor patient. In fact she was rude. Surprised to see such unprofessional behaviour at a 4-star hotel.

Hotel facilities were excellent and very close to train station one stop from airport, which was a big plus for us. Staff were helpful and room generally comfortable. Minor problems were (a) the floor in our room was never vacuumed (dirt/pebbles on floor stayed there for 3 days), and (b) we added the breakfast option when checking in but this was never (initially) recognized by the person screening people entering the restaurant, because two parts of the hotel's information system weren't communicating.
