Great location close to everything. However gets a bit loud at night. However it’s a 15 min walk away from the busier areas so I guess it would be even loader in those areas.

It is a good looking place and our room was large but we could hear people talking and sneezing in the room next door. We were separated by a door that could make the rooms adjoining. We were also bothered by the smell of their pot smoking.

The bed was so comfortable, a perfect hotel for a city break, right next to the park too! Location was great. The hotel bar and pool table is also a really cool area. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and good spacious rooms. Their Restuarant (Momo) is really good, had fantastical meals. Two things that could be improved: - my room facing the canal was a bit noisy, better windows may help - the rug in the room was very worn down, needs to be changed to something more plush.

Hotel needs a refurbishment. Most rooms have no separate bathroom which is weird. Not the hotels fault but on leaving had to pay about £150 in tourist tax. Wow I get the message Amsterdam you don’t want us.

There was a laundry cart in the hallway throughout our stay. I was difficult to get by it with our suitcases. It should have been stored in a utility area. The carpet in the hallways was badly stained. There were two front desk employees that were especially kind and helpful, Putri and Andrea. Thank you both for making a difference.
