I was pleased with the overall experience. The location was excellent and everything else was up to the expected standard. However , I was disappointed with the VIP benefits, which did not meet my expectations. I believe there is room for improvement in this area to better cater to VIP guests.

Initially stayed the first night with an obstructed canal view because of intensive scaffolding. No ability to change at check in however offered another canal view room for the remainder of our stay the next day. This new room was good.

The hotel is beautifully situated in front of the water park and practically most of the-must see destinations in Amsterdam. The main central train stations, metro, and street cars are right in front of the hotel. The hotel is spacious and clean, has a great gym, and great breakfast selection. Hotel staff needs to guide just-arrived guests to the right building, it’s confusing as there seemed to be two buildings.

Great location opposite Central station. Rooms were decent but some interactions with staff were a bit off putting. Was told a bottle of water sent to my room would cost 7 euros for the bottle and 7 euros for room service…
