Glass door is all smashed on entering staff so rude could not even help us check in also had to sleep with 2 heaters in the room as the "ecohotel" cant heat up past 24 more like 12 wont be back

Was easy to check in. Very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful rooms, lovely bar and lounge area, easy controls in the room for temperature and lights. Less then 5 min walk to metro and an easy 15 min metro to downtown. Food was yummy. If early riser would recommend the breakfast everyday. Lots of options and includes all specialty coffees. The lattes made at the bar were the best ones we had the entire trip. The cocktails at night were delicious.

This hotel I didn’t like at the beginning. Everything done online and self check in and check out. It is a very heavy on tech including the garage for the parking. You need to install an app that you pay for and every time you exit or enter you need Internet to connect to the app and open/exit. That was the only negative experience. You can also go to the garage directly. You have to come to the main lobby and then go to the garage underneath. The rooms are quite nice but if you are sharing with someone or friend you will have to shower with a glass open. My friend and I have to communicate to give each other privacy. Also the lights in the shower and entire room are connected. So you can’t switch off some lights without the rest. All connected. There’s an iPad that controls everything. It’s actually not bad at all. Enjoy
