This hotel was superb. The check in process was seemless, excellent staff, friendly welcome. They were so accommodating which was lovely after such a long flight. The bed was warm and comfortable, and the tv had many international options as well. The room had a nice kettle and tea/coffee options. Overall, absolutely loved our stay here. Will book again!

Nice hotel, with great access to transportation, well-appointed rooms, and friendly helpful staff. I had two issues with the property. The primary being there is a club at the top of the hotel, which would have been fine except the elevators are shared between the hotel and the club. Coming back to the hotel in the night the clubgoers would gather and block the elevator access as the hostess verified their entry. On top of that the clubgoers tended to be rude. The way the elevators are they could split up the bank to service both hotel and club. The other minor issue was the smart controls of lights, temp, and shades. Awesome feature but is hard to control if you use both traditional switches and the room's iPad as the two systems' controls are not synced.

What a place
Amazing visit. The hotel is new, clean and modern. Perfect place to stay for Amsterdam, opposite Spaklerweg station with frequent trains into centre. Recommended
