Overall my wife and I had a very poor experience here. Street noise was loud, the staff were smug, the rooms were dirty. Seems a lot morte like a 2 star hotel.

Enjoyed our stay here! We got in early from our flight and the hotel was nice enough to switch our room and let us get some much needed sleep! The staff here was so accommodating, the rooms were great and area is perfect!

We did not enjoy steps in our room from the main room down to the bathroom and out the door. I have a mobility impairment due to a surgical broken leg injury. Very difficult to mange.

My 4-day stay at the Radisson Blu were truly wonderful. The hotel and staff were helpful & excellent. The room was nice, spacious with comfortable bed/pillows and my favorite was the breakfast buffet’s variety and quality of food.

They attempted to give us a nice room but it was on the top floor where the roof was so the room was configured horribly - odd stairs when you entered, A/C that didn’t work properly, oddly shaped space. They gave us enough room but it was smaller. However they gave us a deal on the day we asked for an extra day for the inconvenience that transpired. The staff was kind and courteous and that’s all you can ask for. The restaurant was odd - we wanted to charge drinks to our room when we went there and we couldn’t. But it’s a lovely space. The location of the hotel is wonderful - 12 minutes to the train station and easy to walk to other local sites. Would stay here again!

Fab location, lovely staff, big and clean rooms. Nice little gift shop connected to the hotel as well as a little convenience self serve (scan and pay) shop for drinks/snacks! We also had yummy food from Pastoirie within the hotel too.
